Detailed Description:
The transformation of Liverman’s Elevated Oasis began with addressing the major issues that plagued the original outdoor kitchen. The tile countertop, which had persistent grout problems, was replaced with elegant and durable solid granite countertops, offering both beauty and resilience. The old, warped, and weathered hardwood cabinets were swapped out for maintenance-free Werever cabinets, eliminating the need for constant upkeep and ensuring a pristine appearance. This upgrade included the installation of base cabinets with drawers, grill cabinets with two doors, and full-height double door cabinets, providing ample storage and functionality.
Reflecting on this remarkable transformation, the homeowner shared:
“I replaced my outdoor kitchen about 4 years ago. My primary issues were the tile countertop which had grout issues and the cabinets. The cabinets were made with an exotic hardwood (expensive) and after 6 years, the wood was warped and weathered, and the doors no longer fit properly. My new kitchen has a solid granite countertop and Werever cabinets. After 4 years, both the countertop and the cabinets look like they did when they were installed 4 years ago. And instead of having to re-stain my cabinets every year, my Werever cabinets are virtually maintenance free. I couldn’t be happier.”

With a vision to replicate the outdoor re-potting area she enjoyed in their previous home, they transformed the barren garage into an inviting and functional gardening haven. The once-empty space now boasts a bright blue color from the Werever color catalog, adding a touch of personalization and vibrancy. The installation included various cabinet models such as base cabinets with drawers, open base wall cabinets, and double door wall cabinets, all designed to meet her specific needs.
The homeowner shared: “The choice of color was critical. We also loved the fact that there was minimal upkeep for someone doing the gardening.”
Open shelving was incorporated to ensure easy access to gardening tools, repotting supplies, and books. Decorative handles added a touch of elegance to the practical setup. This thoughtful design not only brought back the cherished gardening space she missed but also enhanced the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal of their new home.
